I build production software for SaaS teams that need to ship.

Multi-tenant SaaS, AI features, mobile apps, cloud infrastructure — built end-to-end or layered onto what you already have. Senior engineer with deep production experience: multi-cluster Kubernetes, real customers, real compliance constraints.

Headline specialty: Production-ready LLM features inside your B2B SaaS — with GDPR readiness built in.

What I build

Product builds

SaaS · web apps · mobile (React Native / Capacitor) · dashboards · landing pages

End-to-end builds or feature additions to existing products. Multi-tenant architectures, role-based access, payment integrations, admin panels.

Typical engagement: €5-25K fixed-price feature, or 2-12 week project at €600-1,000/day.

AI & LLM specialty

RAG systems · agents · LLM features inside existing products · AI integrations

Production-grade RAG with proper evals (not demo-ware). Agents that do useful work in a constrained domain. AI features that respect your existing data model and compliance posture.

Typical engagement: €4-15K for a feature shipped to your production app in 2-4 weeks.

Cloud infrastructure & DevOps

K8s / K3s · CI/CD · observability · deployment automation · cost optimization

Self-hosted or managed cloud. Multi-cluster setups. Grafana / Prometheus / Loki stacks. Drift detection, blue-green deploys, image registry hygiene.

Typical engagement: €3-12K one-shot project, or monthly retainer at €1,500-3,500/month for ongoing oversight.

Advisory

Architecture review · technical due diligence · compliance readiness (GDPR / ISO 27001)

Hourly senior expertise without building. Useful for: pre-investment tech audits, scaling decisions, "we're stuck — second opinion needed," or preparing for compliance audits.

Typical engagement: €150-250/hour, 4-20 hour engagements, written report deliverable.

How I work

  1. Free 30-min intro call — understand what you're trying to ship and whether I can help.
  2. Paid scoping (€500-1,500, refunded against project) — concrete proposal with milestones, cost, timeline. No vague commitments.
  3. Fixed-price or daily-rate engagement — your choice, both are fine.
  4. Weekly check-ins with working demos, not status reports.
  5. Clean handover at the end. Documentation, runbooks, what to do if I'm not around.

I work async-friendly across European hours and overlap meaningfully with EU + UK timezones.

Referral program — 20% of first invoice

If someone you know needs work I can do, send them my way and I'll pay you 20% of their first invoice, no cap. Paid within 7 days of the client paying me.

How it works (deliberately informal — no tracking links, no signup forms):

  1. Email me with a name + one sentence about what they need
  2. I'll mention you up-front when I reach out to them
  3. If we sign, I notify you at the kickoff
  4. You get 20% of the first invoice, paid via your preferred method

That's the whole program. Trust-based, simple, fast.

What makes a good referral?

About me

I run a multi-product SaaS portfolio in production on self-hosted Kubernetes — Identity service, multiple B2B web apps, observability stack, multi-region deployment. I built the lot, ship to it weekly, and have learned what production actually demands.

Background:

I take a small number of consulting engagements per quarter — quality over volume.
